Job summary

The Hoxton in Shoreditch is seeking a passionate Host for Il Bambini Club Restaurant. You will set the tone for guest experience and lead the team with warmth and confidence.

You will manage CRM bookings and the restaurant book, collaborate with GMs and Head Chefs to deliver outstanding service, and help guests feel welcomed and valued.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in a similar hospitality Host/Front of House/Maître'D role in a busy environment.
• Experience using CRM bookings systems and table management.
• Genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience.
• Attention to detail in fast-paced settings.
• You value individuality and bring your authentic self to work.
• You are unpretentious and collaborative.
• Open to trying new approaches and doing things differently.

We are looking for a passionateHost to be part of our team for The Hoxton, Shoreditch in ourIl Bambini Club Restaurant.

Il Bambini Club is a lively space with a vibrant bar and open kitchen, the space blends green and terracotta tones, playful patterns and romantic florals for a warm, modern setting.Bringing the spirit of Italy to the heart of Shoreditch. Serving seasonal signature pizzas, fresh pasta, and indulgent dolci. Expect vibrant aperitivo, reimagined Italian cocktails, and weekly DJs in a playful, East-London setting.

Job Description

• You'll add that extra special touch to our guests' experience by creating a culture of recognising and delighting our guests throughout the whole team; you'll turn every guest into a regular!
• Both guest and team experience will be at the heart of all you do. You'll lead your team of hosts by example, keeping them involved and motivated; making feel empowered and supported, confident in providing top experiences for our guests and comfortable turning to you with questions
• Have a firm grip of the CRM bookings system, keeping our data up to date and closely managing the Restaurant book across the day and for the weeks ahead
• Work closely with the Restaurant General Managers and Head Chefs to deliver a consistently excellent experience in our spaces

Qualifications

• A shining personality who has a genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience. You will be the face of the Hotel for our guests!
• 2+ years' experience in a similar hospitality Host/Front of House/ Maître'D management role in a busy, bustling environment. You're a natural at inspiring trust and bringing others along on a journey
• Experience using CRM bookings systems and table management
• Exceptional attention to detail in a fast-paced environment, juggling many things at once, but always dotting the i's and crossing the t's
