Job summary

Paris Society International is seeking a dedicated Host for The Hoxton, Shoreditch, at Il Bambini Club Restaurant. You will greet guests, coordinate seating, and maintain CRM bookings to ensure a seamless flow of guests throughout the day.

As a brand ambassador, you’ll lead the host team, provide coaching, and collaborate with the General Manager and Head Chef to deliver consistently exceptional experiences.

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience.
• 2+ years in a similar Host/Front of House or Maître'D role.
• Experience using CRM bookings systems and table management.
• Excellent attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Face of the hotel for guests.
• Team player with a collaborative, hard-working attitude.

Responsibilities

• Recognise and delight guests to turn them into regulars.
• Lead and motivate the host team, providing support and guidance.
• Maintain CRM bookings data up to date and manage restaurant bookings.
• Collaborate with GMs and Head Chefs to deliver excellent experiences.

We are looking for a passionate Host to be part of our team for The Hoxton, Shoreditch in our Il Bambini Club Restaurant.

Job Description

• You'll add that extra special touch to our guests' experience by creating a culture of recognising and delighting our guests throughout the whole team; you'll turn every guest into a regular!
• Both guest and team experience will be at the heart of all you do. You'll lead your team of hosts by example, keeping them involved and motivated; making feel empowered and supported, confident in providing top experiences for our guests and comfortable turning to you with questions
• Have a firm grip of the CRM bookings system, keeping our data up to date and closely managing the Restaurant book across the day and for the weeks ahead
• Work closely with the Restaurant General Managers and Head Chefs to deliver a consistently excellent experience in our spaces

Qualifications

• A shining personality who has a genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience. You will be the face of the Hotel for our guests!
• 2+ years' experience in a similar hospitality Host/Front of House/ Maître'D management role in a busy, bustling environment. You're a natural at inspiring trust and bringing others along on a journey
• Experience using CRM bookings systems and table management
• Exceptional attention to detail in a fast-paced environment, juggling many things at once, but always dotting the i's and crossing the t's
