Job summary

The Hoxton, Shoreditch is seeking a passionate Host to join Il Bambini Club Restaurant, bringing warmth and a genuine guest-first attitude in a vibrant, Italian-inspired setting.

You’ll manage CRM bookings, coordinate with the team, and help ensure every guest feels valued and welcome from the moment they arrive until they depart.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in a similar hospitality Host/Front of House/ Maître’D role in a busy environment.
• You’ll be the face of the Hotel for our guests and inspire trust across the team.
• Experience using CRM bookings systems and table management

Responsibilities

• Create a culture of recognising and delighting guests across the team.
• Lead and motivate the host team by example, empowering staff to deliver top experiences.
• Maintain CRM bookings data and keep the restaurant book up to date.
• Collaborate with Restaurant GMs and Head Chefs to sustain an excellent guest experience.

Il Bambini Club is a lively space with a vibrant bar and open kitchen, the space blends green and terracotta tones, playful patterns and romantic florals for a warm, modern setting.Bringing the spirit of Italy to the heart of Shoreditch. Serving seasonal signature pizzas, fresh pasta, and indulgent dolci. Expect vibrant aperitivo, reimagined Italian cocktails, and weekly DJs in a playful, East-London setting.

Job Description

• You’ll add that extra special touch to our guests’ experience by creating a culture of recognising and delighting our guests throughout the whole team; you’ll turn every guest into a regular!
• Both guest and team experience will be at the heart of all you do. You’ll lead your team of hosts by example, keeping them involved and motivated; making feel empowered and supported, confident in providing top experiences for our guests and comfortable turning to you with questions
• Have a firm grip of the CRM bookings system, keeping our data up to date and closely managing the Restaurant book across the day and for the weeks ahead
• Work closely with the Restaurant General Managers and Head Chefs to deliver a consistently excellent experience in our spaces

Qualifications

• A shining personality who has a genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience. You will be the face of the Hotel for our guests!
• 2+ years’ experience in a similar hospitality Host/Front of House/ Maître’D management role in a busy, bustling environment. You’re a natural at inspiring trust and bringing others along on a journey
• Experience using CRM bookings systems and table management
• Exceptional attention to detail in a fast-paced environment, juggling many things at once, but always dotting the i’s and crossing the t’s
