Medserv is seeking a Rules Governance Lead to own and maintain our operational rules used for accurate invoicing and client reporting. You will establish governance, drive consistency across the UK, and extend the framework to Ireland, aligning with contracts, fees and system logic.

Qualifications

• Excellent written English with ability to convert complex knowledge into precise rules.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills to identify contradictions and gaps.
• Experience in data governance, knowledge management or controlled-information environments.
• Ability to work methodically across a large rules library with prioritisation.
• Confidence working with multiple teams to drive decisions to closure.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the UK operational rules library across Ireland.
• Assess completeness and coordinate creation of additional rules to fill gaps.
• Create and maintain a clear rule taxonomy, ownership model and approval workflow.
• Review rules for accuracy, clarity and avoiding ambiguity; remove duplication.
