Qualifications

• Data science background with hands-on ML experience or similar technical role.
• Interest or experience in AI/model governance or risk/compliance.
• Strong organizational skills; able to own end-to-end operational processes.
• Practical understanding of AI regulations and data standards.
• Excellent communication; explain governance to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Visa sponsorship available for UK Skilled Worker (Tier 2).

Responsibilities

• Own and run day-to-day AI/model approval and review processes.
• Maintain third-party software and model inventory; contact for governance requirements.
• Track and report health of the model portfolio; support governance policy evolution.
• Support the evolution of governance policies and risk assessment methodologies.
