Job summary

Croydon Health Services NHS Trust is seeking an RTT Service Manager to lead the Trust's 18-week RTT performance and elective access delivery. You will ensure accurate RTT pathway management, robust governance and high-quality data across specialties, in partnership with clinical leads and performance teams.

You will oversee RTT validation, PTLs, demand and capacity modelling, and drive recovery and improvement plans.

Qualifications

• Experience leading RTT or elective access performance.
• Strong data accuracy and governance.
• Ability to interpret complex performance data.

Responsibilities

• Lead RTT delivery across specialties and ensure compliance with 18-week standards.
• Manage RTT PTLs, validation activities and recovery actions.
• Coordinate with clinical leads and performance functions to inform decisions.
