Job summary

Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Compliance and Assurance Analyst to track patient pathways from referral through treatment, analysing large data sets to ensure accurate reporting on our Patient Tracking Lists. The role emphasises attention to detail and impact on patient satisfaction and care.

You will validate the 18 Weeks/RTT PTL data daily, generate detailed validation and error reports, and ensure correspondence across multiple specialties is accurate.

Responsibilities

• Track patient pathways from referral to first treatment stage and report onto Patient Tracking Lists.
• Perform daily validation of the 18 Weeks/RTT PTL database to ensure accuracy and RTT compliance.
• Validate patient letters and documents across multiple specialties; keep information up-to-date.
• Provide monthly RTT standards representations to the Trust; communicate with internal and external staff.
• Contribute to team meetings and workstreams, meeting timescales and goals.
