Job summary

The role requires organisation, careful data handling, competence in Cerner, and knowledge of RTT 18-week pathway rules; you will work independently or within a team to maintain high-quality RTT information for patient care and Trust performance.

Qualifications

• Candidate should be organised and able to meet tight deadlines.
• Proven experience with RTT 18-week pathway rules.
• Fully competent in Cerner.
• Good communicator, able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Investigating and validating RTT clinical pathways.
• Identifying and correcting data discrepancies and inaccuracies.
• Ensuring the RTT pathway accurately reflects the patient's journey.
• Applying the 18-week RTT pathway rules appropriately.
• Identifying potential breaches of RTT waiting-time standards.
• Escalating potential breaches to Team Leaders for review before information is submitted to the relevant Divisions.
• Maintaining accurate and timely validation records within Luna.
• Working closely with operational and clinical teams to resolve pathway queries.
• Proactively monitoring and managing RTT pathways to support accurate reporting.
