Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage daily work of the RTT Validation Team.
• Validate Patient Tracking Lists across the Trust.
• Ensure patients are managed against 18-week RTT standards.
• Collaborate with clinical service managers and operational teams to improve pathways.
• Identify data quality issues and training needs; escalate where required.
• Produce and analyse reports to support validation and service improvement.
• Provide line management, supervision, and development support to team members.
