Job summary

Homerton Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an RTT and Validation Performance Manager to lead RTT performance and operational delivery across Outpatient bookings, Surgical bookings and RTT Validation teams, ensuring accurate data and delivery of national RTT standards.

The post holder will manage pathways from referral to treatment, provide strong line management, coordinate with divisional teams, and drive governance, reporting and financial management within the directorate.

Responsibilities

• Lead OPD, Surgical Bookings, and RTT Validation teams to deliver high-quality patient pathway management, accurate RTT reporting, and achievement of national access standards.
• Coordinate planning and delivery of RTT and validation teams within available resources, ensuring a high-quality service.
• Partner with divisional management and senior stakeholders to meet RTT performance targets and governance requirements.
