Qualifications

• 12-18 months experience in a similar role, dealing with MOJ Portal cases.
• Experience running own case load with minimal supervision.
• Familiar with the Civil Procedure Rules and Pre-Action Protocols.

Responsibilities

• Running own case load of around 180 files from submission to litigation.
• Conducting investigations to determine the prospect of success of the files.
• Preparing files for transfer to Litigation Department.
