Qualifications

• At least 12-18 months experience in a related role with a focus on MOJ Portal cases.
• Ability to manage a case load of around 180 files independently.
• Strong IT skills to operate case management systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Run own case load from submission to litigation.
• Identify issues regarding cases and prepare files for transfer to litigation.
• Obtain necessary documents for claims and draft witness statements.
