Job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced RTA Fee Earner to join a growing and dynamic legal team based in Blackburn. This is a full time office based role suited to a motivated individual who can confidently manage a caseload of pre litigation and litigated Road Traffic Accident claims from inception through to settlement.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a varied caseload of RTA matters while delivering a high standard of client care throughout the claims process. You will liaise with clients, insurers, medical agencies and third parties, ensuring files are progressed efficiently and in line with compliance and procedural requirements. The role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work effectively within a fast paced environment.

Applicants should have previous experience managing their own RTA caseload and possess a strong understanding of the MOJ portal, liability disputes, quantum negotiations and litigation processes. Experience using case management systems and working to performance targets would be advantageous. Excellent communication skills and a professional approach are essential.
