Responsibilities

• Supporting the delivery of hard and soft FM services
• Assisting with the day-to-day management of the site
• Liaising with clients, contractors and service providers
• Monitoring service standards and ensuring a high level of service delivery
• Supporting reception and front-of-house duties when required
• Assisting with general facilities management and administration
• Working closely with the Facilities Manager to ensure smooth site operations
