Job summary

Brunning and Price Pubs Ltd in the West Midlands is seeking an experienced Roving Chef to support our pubs and new openings across Shropshire to Warwickshire and Worcestershire.

You’ll earn a basic salary up to £40,000 per year, plus tronc, a £3,000 car allowance with mileage, paid overtime and great tips. Travel may be required. Join a supportive team with progression opportunities and staff discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience in catering and hospitality in a gastro pub, restaurant or hotel at sous or senior sous chef level is essential.
• Positive and flexible attitude required.

Responsibilities

• Cover holidays, involved in new openings or deputising for a Head Chef.
• Help run the kitchen, drive the food culture and keep the team and customers engaged with exciting new dishes.
