Job summary
Bury Council is seeking an enthusiastic practitioner to deliver intensive, person-centred support to individuals experiencing rough sleeping within the National Rough Sleeping Programme. You will assist people from street homelessness into safe, sustainable long-term accommodation, tailoring support to meet individual needs and aspirations.
We welcome applicants with personal, professional, or lived experience of homelessness.
Responsibilities
- Provide intensive, person-centred support to individuals experiencing rough sleeping.
- Support people from the streets into safe, sustainable long-term accommodation.
- Work on a rota basis as required by service requirements.
