Rough Sleep Support Worker needed in Walsall

This is a temporary contract and the rate is £22.36ph PAYE

The reference number is: RQ1795003

The successful candidate will provide front-line support to individuals experiencing homelessness and rough sleeping, helping them to access accommodation, support services and pathways towards greater independence.

They will work directly with vulnerable clients, building positive relationships and delivering person-centred support to address a range of housing and wellbeing needs. The role requires a compassionate and resilient individual who can work effectively with people facing complex challenges, liaise with partner agencies, maintain accurate records and contribute to positive outcomes for service users. Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, a proactive approach to problem solving, and the ability to work independently in a busy, customer-focused environment while supporting individuals to sustain accommodation and improve their quality of life.
