Lidl Doncaster invites you to join our Retail Graduate Management Programme. This 23-month rotational scheme spans Sales, Logistics and Supply Chain, giving you hands-on leadership experience from day one.

In Year 2 you’ll specialise in Store, Warehouse, or Supply Chain Management, building your expertise and career prospects. Assessments take place at our regional distribution centre on 29/01/2027, with an emphasis on rapid development and practical learning.

Qualifications

• 2:2 or higher in a Bachelor's Degree.
• Eligible to work in the UK on a full-time basis and able to provide proof when required.
• A full UK driving licence by 1 February 2027.
• Willingness to travel regularly to stores and live within a commutable distance from your chosen Regional Distribution Centre.
• Assertiveness and confidence in your communication skills, enabling you to build strong and valuable relationships.

Responsibilities

• Rotational programme across core business areas: Sales (store-based), Logistics (warehouse), and Supply Chain (regional office).
• Year 2: select a specialist route in Store, Warehouse, or Supply Chain Management.
• Participate in a video interview and face-to-face assessment centre at the Regional Distribution Centre.
• Develop leadership skills, business acumen, and resilience to succeed in a fast-moving environment.
• Fulfilment of assessment day on 29/01/2027 and progression based on performance.
