Job summary

Lidl in the United Kingdom is launching a 23-month Retail Manager rotational programme designed to build leadership skills across our core business areas. You’ll rotate through Store, Warehouse, and Supply Chain experiences, starting in Customer Assistant and progressing toward store management responsibilities.

Year 2 lets you choose a specialist route in Store, Warehouse, or Supply Chain Management, with mentoring and professional development along the way.

Qualifications

• Achieved a 2:2 or higher in a Bachelor's Degree.
• Eligible to work in the UK on a full-time basis.
• Willing to travel regularly to stores across regions.
• Full UK driving licence by Feb 1, 2027.

Responsibilities

• Rotational programme across Store, Warehouse and Supply Chain.
• Year 1: experience Sales, Logistics and regional Supply Chain.
• Year 2: specialise in Store, Warehouse or Supply Chain Management.
