Job summary

HSBC invites applications for its Retail Banking Rotational Degree Apprenticeship in Leeds. The programme combines four placements with university study, delivering hands-on experience across customer journeys, digital banking and retail operations.

You'll gain a BSc (Hons) in Applied Retail and Commercial Banking from the University of Exeter and develop analytical, teamwork and leadership skills while contributing to real business outcomes over 50 months.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English.
• Available to work full-time from November 2027 for 50 months.
• Must have UK residency for the last 3 consecutive years and a continued Right to Work in the UK for the programme duration.
• Minimum of 5 GCSEs at grade 4/C or above.
• Minimum of BCC in your top 3 A-levels, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Work with Retail Banking teams to improve customer journeys and digital banking.
• Review customer feedback and complaints and translate data into clear recommendations.
• Collaborate with product, delivery and support colleagues to shape practical solutions.
