Job summary

NELFT North East London Foundation Trust in London seeks a clinically focused pharmacist to work within a specialist pharmacy team across mental health services and community health services. The role delivers a comprehensive clinical pharmacy service to inpatient and community settings with six-month rotation blocks and 3‑month dispensary blocks.

You will lead audits and quality improvement projects, review guidelines and SOPs, supervise trainees, and contribute to on-call and weekend pharmacy

Qualifications

• GPhC registered pharmacist with NHS experience.
• Experience in clinical audits and quality improvement.
• Willing to supervise trainees and new starters.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clinical pharmacy service to inpatient and community settings.
• Lead/contribute to audits, research and quality projects.
• Review guidelines/SOPs/PGD/policy; participate in on-call and weekend services.
• Supervise trainees, technicians and students during rotations.
