East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting highly motivated pharmacists for a structured rotational programme. You will gain experience across our 3 main hospital sites and participate in the ELEVATE pathway to progress your clinical pharmacy career.

The role emphasizes patient-centered care, teamwork within the MDT, and development of leadership and management skills, supported by comprehensive professional governance and education opportunities.

Qualifications

• 4-year Master’s degree in Pharmacy from a UK School of Pharmacy or equivalent recognised by The General Pharmaceutical Council of Great Britain
• 1 year Pre-registration training
• Registered member of The General Pharmaceutical Council of Great Britain
• Foundation Stage 1 of the Postgraduate Diploma in General Practice Pharmacy or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Rotate across our three largest hospital sites in a structured programme (Kent and Canterbury, Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother, Margate and William Harvey).
• Participate in the ELEVATE programme to advance from Foundation to Advanced level and gain broad clinical exposure across key services (Emergency, Acute Frailty, Critical Care, Education, Medicines Governance, Oncology, Paediatrics, Surgery, Specialist Medicine).
