Job summary

Linnaeus is offering a Rotating Internship across multiple disciplines including internal medicine, surgery, anaesthesia, diagnostic imaging, oncology, emergency and critical care, neurology, cardiology, ophthalmology and dentistry. You’ll join a vibrant network of over 100 interns and residents with clear pathways into residencies, advanced general practice or academia.

The programme provides 1:1 mentoring with experienced mentors, regular progress reviews, a comprehensive induction, hands-on

Qualifications

  • We require RCVS registration.
  • 1–2 years of small animal practice experience.
  • We will require completion of the RCVS Veterinary Graduate Development Programme (VetGDP) or be exempt from VetGDP.

Responsibilities

  • Rotating across disciplines including internal medicine, surgery, anaesthesia, diagnostic imaging, oncology, emergency and critical care, neurology, cardiology, ophthalmology and dentistry.
  • Gain hands-on experience with multi-disciplinary Specialist teams and daily patient care.

We are looking for Vets who:
  • Are registered with the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS)
  • Have at least 1–2 years of experience in a small animal practice
  • Have completed their RCVS Veterinary Graduate Development Programme (VetGDP) or are exempt from the RCVS VetGDP - We will not be able to accept your application if you have not completed your RCVS VetGDP or are not close to completion or are not exempt.
