Job summary

Linnaeus Group invites applications for a Rotating Internship across leading UK referral hospitals. You will work across disciplines with world-renowned Specialists and have clear pathways into residencies or academia.

You will receive 1:1 mentoring, a comprehensive induction, and a tailored teaching programme including clinical teaching, research training, and emergency care certification. Salary is £38,213 per year with strong progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Registered with the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS).
• At least 1–2 years of experience in a small animal practice.
• Having completed the RCVS Veterinary Graduate Development Programme (VetGDP) or being exempt from VetGDP.

Responsibilities

• Gaining hands-on experience across disciplines with multi-disciplinary Specialist teams.
• Participating in diagnostics, surgery, and patient care from day one.
• Engaging in tailored teaching programmes, mentorship, and career development activities.

We are looking for Vets who:

• Are registered with the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS)
• Have at least 1–2 years of experience in a small animal practice
• Have completed their RCVS Veterinary Graduate Development Programme (VetGDP) or are exempt from the RCVS VetGDP - We will not be able to accept your application if you have not completed your RCVS VetGDP or are not close to completion or are not exempt.
