Job summary

Practice Plus Group is recruiting a Workforce Planning Rota Administrator to produce and maintain rotas for Out of Hours and Clinical Assessment Services. You will work with regional leads to manage gaps, coordinate shift cover, and keep accurate workforce records.

The role also supports payroll processes, generates reports and contributes to continuous improvements in planning. Based in our Devon service, the role requires strong organisational and communication skills and is a full-time
