Job summary

Brownlow Health in Liverpool is recruiting a Rota Coordinator to join a team of four. You will efficiently manage the clinical rotas for Brownlow Group Practice, collaborating with clinical and management teams to ensure the core rota reflects changes for new starters and staffing updates.

The role also involves updating the appointment book (EMIS and PACO Connect) and adapting clinics for annual and study leave, supporting rota management across more than 140 clinical staff across six sites

Qualifications

• Accurate, organised and detail‑oriented with high level of precision.
• Experience coordinating rotas for multiple clinical staff.
• Ability to update appointment books and manage staffing changes.

Responsibilities

• Manage the clinical rotas for Brownlow Group Practice and a small team.
• Ensure all job plan changes, new starters and staffing updates are reflected.
• Update the clinical appointment book (EMIS and PACO Connect) and adjust clinics for annual/study leave and other staffing changes.
