North Cumbria Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 5 E-Roster/eCommunity Project Support Officer to join the E-Roster team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. You will support wards and departments to promote safe, cost-effective staff rostering and use the Safecare program, contributing to the Trust's aim of safe, high-quality care.

The role is based at Parkhouse Town Carlisle with 37.5 hours per week; applicants should have NHS experience and be able to work flexibly.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths (minimum)
• Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience
• Evidence of health or business studies or related training

Responsibilities

• Support wards and departments to promote safe rostering
• Assist in the implementation of E-Rostering and Safecare program
• Contribute to cost-effective staff planning and resource use
