Job summary

Network Rail is recruiting for a Rostering Officer based in Bristol to compile, maintain and publish accurate employee rosters using the Corporate Rostering Tool, ensuring full compliance with national rostering principles, policies and operational standards.

You will prepare and manage daily and weekly rosters, coordinate cover for sickness, annual leave, training and interviews, and work closely with local managers to validate roster data, while handling short notice changes and communicating

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of national rostering principles.
• Prioritising workloads and meeting deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience analysing data and producing reports.
• Understanding of rostering conditions of service.

Responsibilities

• Compile, maintain and publish accurate rosters.
