Network Rail in Basingstoke is seeking a Roster Clerk to create cost-effective rosters for our employees, ensuring compliance with rostering principles and competency requirements. You'll help keep our railway running smoothly and support local managers.
You will compile and publish rosters using the Corporate Rostering Tool, cover sickness, leave, training, and special arrangements, and monitor data to ensure shifts are covered and payroll aligns.
