De Vere Wokefield Estate is seeking an experienced Rooms Division Manager to lead Front Office, Housekeeping, Guest Relations and Nights across the 376-bedroom estate and conference facilities.

You will set high standards, develop your management teams and drive a seamless, high-quality guest experience in a busy, high-volume environment.

• Experience in Rooms Division or hotel operations management within a large hotel environment.
• Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets, payroll and departmental costs.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to develop and motivate management teams.

Are you an experienced Rooms Division Manager looking for your next opportunity in hospitality? Set within a 376 bedroom estate, De Vere Wokefield Estate is made up of two distinct hotel buildings - a historic mansion house and a conference and events-focused hotel - alongside a golf course and health club facilities. As Rooms Division Manager, you will lead the Front Office, Housekeeping, Guest Relations and Nights teams across this diverse operation, ensuring a seamless and consistent guest experience. You will be responsible for setting clear standards across the Rooms Division, while supporting and developing your management teams to deliver efficient, high-quality service. Working closely with the leadership team and Revenue Management, you will oversee day-to-day operations and drive strong commercial performance, including managing budgets, payroll and costs, analysing performance and identifying opportunities to improve revenue and profitability.

What you'll bring:

• Rooms Division or hotel operations management experience, ideally within a large hotel environment
• Strong operational knowledge of Front Office and Housekeeping, with experience overseeing Nights, Guest Relations and Reservations
• Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets, payroll, productivity and departmental costs
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to develop and motivate management teams
• Experience managing group, conference and corporate accommodation operations
• A hands‑on approach with the ability to remain calm and effective in a busy, high-volume environment £55,000 per year
