De Vere Wokefield Estate is seeking an experienced Rooms Division Manager to lead Front Office, Housekeeping, Guest Relations and Nights across a two-building estate.
You will drive standards, develop management teams, manage budgets and payroll, and work with Revenue Management to improve profitability in a busy, high-volume hotel environment.

Set within a 376 bedroom estate, De Vere Wokefield Estate is made up of two distinct hotel buildings - a historic mansion house and a conference and events-focused hotel - alongside a golf course and health club facilities. As Rooms Division Manager, you will lead the Front Office, Housekeeping, Guest Relations and Nights teams across this diverse operation, ensuring a seamless and consistent guest experience.
You will be responsible for setting clear standards across the Rooms Division, while supporting and developing your management teams to deliver efficient, high-quality service.
Working closely with the leadership team and Revenue Management, you will oversee day-to-day operations and drive strong commercial performance, including managing budgets, payroll and costs, analysing performance and identifying opportunities to improve revenue and profitability.
This is a hands‑on leadership role where visibility, strong commercial awareness and the ability to lead confidently in a busy, high-volume hotel environment are essential.
