Room Managers set the tone for our expert Educators within our nursery Family Rooms and lead by example. As a Room Manager, you’ll help your team reach their potential as they help children achieve theirs. You should be an expert teacher with a passion for coaching and mentoring, thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Earn between £27,500 - £31,500, rewarding your dedication
• Performance bonus of up to £1,200 annually
• Flexible working patterns: 4-day 36-hour week or 5-day 40-hour week
