Busy Bees Nurseries Ltd. is seeking a Room Leader in London to oversee multiple rooms, lead a team, and ensure the Bee Curious curriculum is implemented across the centre.

The role combines hands-on teaching with inspirational leadership to maintain high standards of care and learning. You will develop and monitor educational activities, support staff development, build strong relationships with families, and ensure health and safety across the setting, contributing to a positive, nurturing

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in early years education.
• Experience in an early years setting with supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of age-appropriate activities and curriculum in your room.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment for children.
• Foster a high-performing team through supportive leadership and collaboration.
• Oversee the development and wellbeing of children, ensuring their progress is tracked and communicated with parents.
• Take on the role of Key Person, ensuring the holistic development and personal care needs of a group of children.
• Ensure health and safety standards are met, maintaining a clean and secure environment.
