Job summary

Busy Bees Nurseries is seeking a Room Leader to oversee multiple rooms, ensuring Seamless integration of educational strategies across the centre. This leadership role aims to inspire the team to deliver high standards of care and learning, within the Busy Bees Bee Curious curriculum.

The successful candidate will lead planning, support a high-performing team, and manage child development with strong communication to families, while upholding health and safety in a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in early years education.
• Supervisory/leadership experience in an early years setting.
• Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.
• Passionate about fostering children's development and family relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of age-appropriate activities and curriculum in your room.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
• Foster a high-performing team through supportive leadership.
• Oversee development and wellbeing of children and communicate with parents.
• Take on the role of Key Person for a group of children.
• Ensure health and safety standards are met.
