Job summary

Busy Bees, the UK's leading nursery group, is seeking a Room Leader to oversee multiple rooms and drive the Bee Curious curriculum across the centre. You will lead a high-performing team, ensure high standards of care, track child progress, and communicate with families.

Based at Busy Bees Horsham, the role requires Level 3 in Early Years and supervisory experience, with a passion for early years development and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years education is required.
• Experience supervising in an early years setting is preferred.
• Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills are essential.
• Passion for fostering children's development and building positive family relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of age-appropriate activities and curriculum in your room.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment for children.
• Foster a high-performing team through supportive leadership and collaboration.
• Oversee development and wellbeing of children, ensuring progress is tracked and communicated with parents.
• Take on the role of Key Person for a group of children.
• Ensure health and safety standards are met and environment is clean and secure.
