Busy Bees Mansfield Vicar Water is seeking a Room Leader to oversee multiple rooms, lead a team, and ensure the Bee Curious curriculum is delivered across the centre. You will inspire staff to uphold high standards of care and learning while ensuring excellent child development and family engagement.

This leadership role emphasizes safeguarding, planning, and collaboration with parents, with opportunities for ongoing professional development and career progression within Busy Bees.

Competenze

• Level 3 qualification or above in early years education.
• Experience in an early years setting with supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
