Job summary

Busy Bees is seeking a Room Leader to oversee multiple rooms, shaping learning through the Bee Curious curriculum. You will guide a team to deliver high standards of care and education across the centre and support children’s development in partnership with families.

The role emphasizes leadership, safeguarding, and delivering consistent experiences that align with Busy Bees’ values and Ofsted expectations.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in early years education.
• Experience in an early years setting with supervisory responsibilities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of age-appropriate activities and curriculum in your room.
• Create a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment for children.
• Foster a high-performing team through supportive leadership and collaboration.
• Oversee development and wellbeing of children, with progress updates to parents.
• Act as Key Person, ensuring holistic development and personal care for a group of children.
