The role focuses on leading activities, maintaining a safe and inclusive environment, and tracking child progress for families.

Qualifications

• Experience in an early years setting with supervisory experience is advantageous.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• Passionate about fostering children’s development and building relationships with families.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of age-appropriate activities and curriculum in your room.
• Create a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
• Foster a high-performing team through supportive leadership and collaboration.
