Bright Horizons Wokingham Day Nursery and Preschool is seeking a Room Leader to guide a team in delivering exceptional care and education for children. You will mentor staff, promote safeguarding, and collaborate closely with parents to support each child’s milestones.

The position requires a Level 3+ Early Years qualification and prior EYFS experience. We offer a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits at our Wokingham nursery.

Qualifikationen

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Experience in an Early Years setting, ideally as Room Leader, Nursery Nurse, Nursery Practitioner or similar.
• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding requirements.
• Ability to build trust with colleagues and parents/careers.
