Bright Horizons Kings Hill Day Nursery and Preschool in West Malling, Kent is hiring a Room Leader to lead, mentor and inspire a team to deliver exceptional care and education, helping each child progress toward milestones. • Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Experience in Early Years setting, ideally as Room Leader/Nursery Practitioner.
• Inclusive learning environments.
• Strong EYFS knowledge.
• Safeguarding/Child Protection knowledge.
