Job summary

Bright Horizons Blackheath Nursery is seeking a Room Leader to lead and inspire a team in delivering exceptional care and education for each child. You will oversee welfare, health and safety, safeguarding, and build strong partnerships with families and professionals.

Applicants should hold a relevant Level 3+ Early Years qualification with EYFS knowledge, safeguarding experience, and a proven ability to foster trusted relationships with children and parents.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Experience in an Early Years setting – ideally as a Room Leader or similar.
• Strong EYFS knowledge and safeguarding responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and inspire a team to deliver exceptional care and education.
