Our nursery in Peterborough, part of Grandir UK, is seeking a dedicated Room Leader to join our management team. You will provide professional leadership to staff and uphold the highest standards of care and education.

• Support and supervise playroom staff daily
• Deploy staff effectively to meet standards
• Implement nursery keycarer procedures and allocate children accordingly
• Ensure compliance with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• Provide professional feedback to parents/carers
• Promote the nursery to current and prospective families
• Develop positive relationships with staff and parents
