About our Room Leader role:
This role involves being fully ‘hands-on’ to create a stimulating and exciting nursery environment. Ideally, you will be an experienced Room Leader or a Level 3 Practitioner ready for your next challenge. As part of our management team, you will role model best practices and motivate colleagues. You will support their learning journey towards qualifications, with a minimum of one year’s experience at a Level 3 position in an early years environment, and a good understanding of the EYFS learning outcomes to plan for children’s development.
