A leading early years education provider is seeking a Senior Room Leader for their Mini Farmers unit at a unique farm-based nursery. Our ethos focuses on outdoor learning, natural materials and resources, and a “child led” learning approach. We are excited to announce that we are looking for an experienced Senior Room Leader to join us, leading our Mini Farmers unit (3-4 years) at this unique, farm-based setting.
We seek a confident, experienced Room Leader ready to take the next management step. This role involves managing a standalone group of up to 50 children and 6 staff members.
You will be motivated, proactive, and eager to contribute ideas and activities. You should be confident in all areas of the EYFS, capable of delivering planning, supporting, mentoring staff, and leading the team forward. A minimum Level 3 Childcare qualification and experience in a similar role working with children aged 0-5 years are required.
This is a full-time, permanent position, working 40 hours per week across various shifts between 7:30 am and 6:30 pm.
