Job summary

Willing Care Ltd is seeking an enthusiastic Room Leader for a busy early years setting in Old Woking, England. You will take ownership of your room and lead a supportive team, delivering high standards of EYFS practice.

In this role you will plan creative play, document progress for families, and contribute to the nursery's Ofsted Good rating. Benefits include discounted childcare, an extra day off for your birthday, and ongoing training opportunities.

• Making full use of the nursery's well-resourced environment to provide varied, engaging experiences every day
• Supporting children's development and school readiness, contributing to the nursery's strong preparation outcomes
• Observing and documenting children's progress, sharing updates meaningfully with families
• Mentoring and supporting room-based staff, acting as a positive and consistent role model
