Willing Care Ltd in Farnborough is seeking an experienced Room Leader to head a pre-school room, guiding a team and delivering high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS. You will plan and deliver engaging, play-based activities to support children's development and readiness for school.

You'll create a safe, nurturing environment, monitor progress, build strong relationships with families, and uphold safeguarding and health & safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a preschool room or similar setting.
• Knowledge of EYFS framework and play-based learning.

• Supporting children's development, independence, and school readiness.
• Creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment.

• Monitoring and tracking children's progress.
• Supporting and guiding team members within the room.
• Ensuring safeguarding and health & safety standards are consistently met.
