Our Kiddi Caru Day Nursery in Abington Park Northampton, part of Grandir UK, is currently looking for a Room Leader to join our management team. You will provide professional leadership to staff and ensure the highest standards of care and education.

What will you be doing:

• Promoting high standards of quality within the nursery
• Supporting and supervising playroom staff
• Deploying staff to meet required standards
• Implementing nursery keycarer procedures and allocating children accordingly
• Ensuring compliance with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• Providing feedback to parents/carers about their child
• Promoting the nursery to current and prospective parents
• Developing positive relationships with staff and parents
