Job Title: Room Leader at Kiddi Caru Nursery, Hitchin

Our Kiddi Caru Nursery in Hitchin, part of Grandir UK, is seeking a dedicated Room Leader to join our management team. You will provide professional leadership to staff and uphold the highest standards of care and education.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Promote high standards of quality within the nursery
2. Support and supervise playroom staff daily
3. Deploy staff appropriately to meet standards
4. Implement nursery keycarer procedures and allocate children accordingly
5. Ensure compliance with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
6. Provide feedback to parents/carers about their child's progress
7. Promote the nursery to current and prospective parents
8. Develop positive relationships with staff and parents
