Job summary

Bright Horizons Springfield Lodge Dartford is seeking a Room Leader to lead, mentor and inspire a room team in our Dartford nursery. You will drive delivery of high‑quality care and early education, ensuring every child progresses and safeguarding standards are upheld.

The ideal candidate holds a full Level 3+ Early Years qualification, has EYFS knowledge, and a proven track record in a similar role. The post offers a salary of £31,241‑£37,128 with annual leave and wellbeing benefits.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Experience in an Early Years setting, ideally as Room Leader or similar.
• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments.
• Strong understanding of EYFS and safeguarding requirements.
