We are looking for a Room Leader to work in a nursery based in Banbury. The salary is up to £28,000 depending on qualifications and experience. Benefits include on-site parking, training, vouchers, childcare discounts, and annual pay increases.

You must be qualified to Level 3 or above in Childcare & Education and have previous experience as a Room Leader or Senior Nursery Nurse, working with toddlers. This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with 20 days of annual leave plus bank holidays.

You will mentor and support your team to deliver quality care and education for children. Responsibilities include creating a stimulating environment with indoor and outdoor activities, building relationships with staff, parents, and management, and reporting on children’s progress.

This role involves providing care and support to children under 5, including play activities, feeding, personal care, and assisting staff with daily tasks and reporting.
